At Gift4Sure, we take utmost care to ensure that your gifts arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help!

Please make a full parcel opening video of your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly wait for 48-72 hours for resolution.

Replacements:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your product will be automatically be replaced within 10-12 business days.
