At Gift4Sure, we take pride in delivering your personalized gifts with the utmost care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and delivery methods.
Order Processing:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a notification with tracking details.
- Customization Time: Please note that personalized gifts may take additional time to create, depending on the complexity of customization. Custom orders typically take 4-8 business days to complete before being shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after order processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after order processing (available at an additional cost).
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
CASH ON DELIVERY:
For COD (Cash on Delivery) inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp/Call.
Please note that we do NOT Offer 100% COD. Partial COD is available with 30% booking amount and 70% payable at delivery. For some products, COD may not be available.
Please note that COD is NOT Available for Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast Region.

Tracking Your Order:

Shipping Delays:
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, inclement weather, or customs clearance. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package (or the expected delivery date) at gift4sure.official@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
